Sat\u0131n al\u0131nan canl\u0131 derslerin g\u00fcn\/saat bilgileri, eri\u015fim ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131 (Zoom\/Google Meet vb.) ve \u00d6\u011frenci Paneli giri\u015f bilgileri; \u00f6demenin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcteakip Al\u0131c\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n beyan etti\u011fi <strong>e-posta adresine ve\/veya WhatsApp hatt\u0131na<\/strong> iletilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.3. Ancak Bosphorus Language Hub m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyeti ilkesi gere\u011fi;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Canl\u0131 ders\/paket ba\u015flamadan en ge\u00e7 48 saat \u00f6ncesine kadar<\/strong> yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 iptal ba\u015fvurular\u0131nda, \u00f6denen tutar kesintisiz olarak Al\u0131c\u0131&#8217;ya iade edilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Derslerin\/seanslar\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131ndan sonra veya derse kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flanmamas\u0131 (devams\u0131zl\u0131k) durumunda hizmet ifa edilmi\u015f say\u0131l\u0131r ve \u00fccret iadesi yap\u0131lmaz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. \u0130ADE S\u00dcREC\u0130 VE GER\u0130 \u00d6DEME<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. \u0130ptal ve iade talepleri <strong>info@bosphoruslanguagehub.com<\/strong> e-posta adresi veya kurumsal WhatsApp hatt\u0131m\u0131z \u00fczerinden yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak iletilmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2. \u0130adesi onaylanan \u00f6demeler; al\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n sat\u0131n alma i\u015fleminde kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>kredi kart\u0131na veya banka hesab\u0131na 7 ile 14 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7erisinde<\/strong> iyzico \u00f6deme altyap\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerinden iade edilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3.
